Seriously amazing! The cake was the best texture I’ve ever eaten. I could have eaten a vat of the raspberry crème au beurre filling by itself. The chocolate ganache frosting and cake pop filled cliff top was smooth and surprisingly not too sweet for me, which was so awesome. So many cakes taste overly sweet to me, and this was just perfectly flavored and sweetened! Just FYI, in case you’re wondering, the gelatin part was mostly for the illusion. My husband ordered a half sheet red velvet cake for my birthday and 12 carrot cake cupcakes and both were amazing. The red velvet might have been the best cake I've ever had and we got SOO many compliments! People raved about the cake! They're still talking about it days later! We loved it!! Highly recommend!

This was my first time ordering a professionally designed cake for my birthday. Melissa did not disappoint! I gave her inspiration designs and she did a fabulous job. The end result was spectacular. I ordered a chocolate cake with a raspberry mousse filling. It was absolutely delicious! The cake stayed moist for days and the raspberry mousse tasted like I was eating real raspberries. I would 100% recommend For the Love of Cake STL to make your next cake for any event.
