“This was my first time ordering a professionally designed cake for my birthday. Melissa did not disappoint! I gave her inspiration designs and she did a fabulous job. The end result was spectacular. I ordered a chocolate cake with a raspberry mousse filling. It was absolutely delicious! The cake stayed moist for days and the raspberry mousse tasted like I was eating real raspberries. I would 100% recommend For the Love of Cake STL to make your next cake for any event.“

“My life was saved. I have been coming to Coldstone for years and enjoyed my service in years past. I have gotten to know this worker Carter, shown below, very well. Carter is a kind hearted man that is sadly leaving us for college very soon, but tonight he jumped into action. As I had sustain a previous wound that was freshly cut open Carter came save me and patch my thrashing cut up. Carter has not only been a loyal worker but also a heroic one that deserves a substantial raise. Any workplace/environment would be lucky to have a man as kind, caring, and as thoughtful as he is.“

“I ordered a very last minute cake for a birthday party. I sent a picture and wording that I wanted on the cake. They not only were able to make it in the time I needed by also designed it by using a picture I found and the wording I wanted. This is the most beautiful cake I have ever ordered and it tasted even better. This cake turned out so much better than I had imagined and it was so delicious! “When I needed a cake for an impromptu party I decided only 12 days ahead on, I picked up the phone and called Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe and reached out to Donna. I had a kinda, round about idea of what I was after, but honestly I just wanted 1/4 sheet 1/2 chocolate 1/2 white with LIGHT icing and I wanted the USMC Globe and Anchor logo and a RR track around the perimeter. Her FIRST ATTEMPT (that's right 1st) was a Grand Slam. This cake is for a Vietnam Combat Veteran Marine and I wanted it perfect. SSCS blew my expectations out of the water. In fact, I'd say came in about 20-25% less than the same at the big chain bakeries, not to mention it was one fresh, perfect cake, nothing misspelled or 3" of frosting on top of some dried out 4 day old cake that was mass produced. Made to order and more affordable! 5 stars across the board! Thanks for making the party complete!“

“Our first visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes was excellent! I treated the kids to the 12 Bundtinis and they loved them! The staff was friendly and the store was very clean and so pretty! The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity you receive. My family and I will most definitely be trying again and again and again!!“

“My daughter and I met some friends at this location on December 29th. This was the second time we have been, but the first as a walk in. The other time had been during a birthday party, which was fun as well. The ladies working this day were very friendly and helpful. The lady who gave us instructions was very informative and great at communicating what we needed to do. I do not remember her name, but she did have glasses on. They had all the tools we needed to decorate all of our treats, cupcakes and cookies. Gloves came in handy for sure! My only suggestion is to possibly have a way to rinse out the decorating tips, as most of them got used more than once. It took lots of time to try and get out the previous color before being able to move on to the next color. Also, paper towels would've helped with lots of things during our decorating process as well. I was given them, after asking for some. I can definitely appreciate a place where you can go have a good time with family, and not have to worry about cleaning up afterwards! Thank you for providing this cool place, and for taking care of the mess afterwards! We will be back!“
