Very disappointed in Chen’s tonight. I called in an order at 4:30 for two dinners . Got there about 5:20-5:30 ran through McDonald’s for the kids first. Our food was not ready. The girl working the window was very unfriendly. We waited about 15 minutes to get our food and no utensils. While the food is large portions and has a good taste I just wish service was better. Chicken has been really tough
This used to be my favorite place but went in tonight and the food looked like it has been there all day, when my granddaughter wanted fruit there were bugs in it. told the waitress who wiped off the spoon and put out some light by it and said it was ok.. never changed the fruit that was covered in bugs. now I'm home throwing up.. not happy. worst 40ish bucks I ever spent
