Your standard airport bagel. Not bad, not good. If you want a bagel, it might scratch that itch. Could also leave you craving a real bagel. Sad lees summit doesn’t really have a legit bagel shop
Good food! Amazing staff. I would like to say understaffed, but they really aren't. The store is just extremely undersized. If you go make sure to set aside enough time. Order an hour ahead of when you need it and be patient with the wonderful people working there. When Einstein Bros comes to their senses and opens up a second location in the area it will get better. But im not holding my breath for that to happen either.
I really enjoy stopping by Einstein Bros. Bagels for breakfast. Their breakfast sandwiches are always delicious, fresh, and filling, and they have a great variety to choose from. The bagels are fresh and flavorful, and it’s hard to go wrong with any of the breakfast options.
I’m also a big fan of their coffee and other beverages. The coffee is consistently good and pairs perfectly with breakfast, especially when I’m starting my day on the go.
