The person taking the order had an ear pod in and was trying to secretly talk to somebody WHILE we were ordering. It was distracting her and us. She wasn’t able to answer any questions or even take our order because she was literally having a conversation with somebody in her ear. Extremely rude and terrible customer service.
First time in today, had some delightful tea and waffles and the quiet atmosphere was just what we needed for our Sunday!
