Me and my boyfriend went on a rare more expensive date night and everything was packed but here. Got right in and seated right away. I ordered an alcoholic drink which arrived very shortly before the food did. My boyfriend asked for his salad with his meal, meal was brought out, no salad. Asked for salad and bowl of garlic butter for my crab legs, brought salad no butter. I asked about it, they said I’d be charged, I said that was fine. my service who also claims to be a manger was drunk as a skunk and I got food poisoning. the service was awful and the food was even worse. will never go back and I recommend you don't waste your money here either
We keep giving the Red Lobster in Lee’s Summit a chance to do better but they continue to disappoint. we have gone here due to business in the area.. Last night 1/26/23 as the last straw and we will not be going back. We were seated without any silverware. Had to get our own from the bar after 5 minute wait as our salad was delivered. We had a long wait for someone to just show up to order. Brought only 1 of us some water the other tea, saying they were making more tea....read full review
