“I stopped by for a late breakfast after a chiropractor appt. I was craving some French toast Stix but I knew I needed some real food too. When I pulled up I was happy to.see the screens were working. They don't at some locations
I ordered a bacon and egg toaster combo with tots and a diet coke. I added on the French toast stix for dessert.
Service was taking a little longer than usual but I could tell something wrong.
There was only one car hop serving everyone. I could hear some people in other cars yelling about the wait.
I had already tipped on the screen but when she brought out my food I gave her another dollar and commented on how busy she was. She was cool and collected when she said 2 people had called in. So one person was doing the work of 3.
My order was correct and the perfect temp. The toaster was cooked just right. I ate while I was there and threw away my trash in one of the cans on the patio.“
“I was ordering food today due to our family dog crossing the rainbow bridge and Ashlie was kind enough when I was explaining and even put a little special treat in the pup cup, it is nice to see that people still have good hearts in this crazy world and how horrible people get treated in fast food industry always due to short staffing. So thank you Ashlie for showing kindness on a dark day.“
“This was a poor experience. I ordered through the app, checked in when I arrived, and then waited 15 whole minutes and was never acknowledged. No other customers were present, but there were 3 cars there, I assume with friends of the employees, including someone sitting in their car outside the drive through window, just chatting with one of the employees inside. I finally went through the drive through to see if they got my order. The girl giggled, brought me cold food with wrong Condiments (BBQ sauce for mozzarella sticks?) and the order was incorrect, to boot. I got 5 mozzarella sticks instead of four, but my medium onion rings order had only one large and 3 small onion rings. What in the world?
This store needs a manager on site.“
“Stopped at sonic in lieu of McDonald's. Placed our order with no problems. The wait was only about 3-4 minutes - much better than the one by my house. Sweetheart is cooked very well... Not like the one close to my residence. Would definitely recommend this particular sonic.“
