“I stopped by for a late breakfast after a chiropractor appt. I was craving some French toast Stix but I knew I needed some real food too. When I pulled up I was happy to.see the screens were working. They don't at some locations
I ordered a bacon and egg toaster combo with tots and a diet coke. I added on the French toast stix for dessert.
Service was taking a little longer than usual but I could tell something wrong.
There was only one car hop serving everyone. I could hear some people in other cars yelling about the wait.
I had already tipped on the screen but when she brought out my food I gave her another dollar and commented on how busy she was. She was cool and collected when she said 2 people had called in. So one person was doing the work of 3.
My order was correct and the perfect temp. The toaster was cooked just right. I ate while I was there and threw away my trash in one of the cans on the patio.“
“I was barely holding it together with two screaming children in the car. I needed a large cherry limeade to survive a Tuesday night. I don’t know which employee but one of them with a Ghandi/Mother Theresa-esque stroke of love and charity in their heart put 7 cherries and 3 limes in my cherry limeade and it was only through that incredible act of compassion that I was able to soldier on thru another crazy night with my children. Bless you sir or madam“
“Been coming here for about 7 months and it was alright. They were short staffed and took foreverrr.. understandable but been noticing new employees in the last month. & Summer is amazing! Her customer service is top tier! She is always super nice with a smile! Today on roller blades, which you don’t see no more— so cool. She wasn’t the one who gave my order to me but was so happy to help me with my missing sauces from the bag. Had to shout her out because she’s the best and I’m very pleased to go here more often now :)“
“Stopped at sonic in lieu of McDonald's. Placed our order with no problems. The wait was only about 3-4 minutes - much better than the one by my house. Sweetheart is cooked very well... Not like the one close to my residence. Would definitely recommend this particular sonic.“
