“Stopped at sonic in lieu of McDonald's. Placed our order with no problems. The wait was only about 3-4 minutes - much better than the one by my house. Sweetheart is cooked very well... Not like the one close to my residence. Would definitely recommend this particular sonic.“
“I was barely holding it together with two screaming children in the car. I needed a large cherry limeade to survive a Tuesday night. I don’t know which employee but one of them with a Ghandi/Mother Theresa-esque stroke of love and charity in their heart put 7 cherries and 3 limes in my cherry limeade and it was only through that incredible act of compassion that I was able to soldier on thru another crazy night with my children. “Been coming here for about 7 months and it was alright. They were short staffed and took foreverrr.. understandable but been noticing new employees in the last month. & Summer is amazing! Her customer service is top tier! She is always super nice with a smile! Today on roller blades, which you don’t see no more— so cool. She wasn’t the one who gave my order to me but was so happy to help me with my missing sauces from the bag. Had to shout her out because she’s the best and I’m very pleased to go here more often now :)“
“My partner and I stopped by after a very long and stressful day for two pops. It was late at night, and the app was yet again experiencing technical problems. I spoke with Lydia who had EXCELLENT customer service and was able to help me out. App problems are so common for Sonic it seems, but not only did Lydia take it in stride despite the fact that the employees have no control over the app, she improved my night and put a smile on my and my husband’s faces. My only regret from this visit was not having more cash on hand for a tip.“
