We sat the bar and he was so quick to get us with drink and make a personal connection while attending to others! He had a positive attitude and even asked questions about our drink preferences to make a good recommendation!! Definitely will Be coming back as long as he’s here!

Made a reservation for 6 and the table was clean and available at the correct time. Food and drink service was great even though it was a busy Friday night. Live music was Flannigan's Right Hook and I come back anytime they play!

Well, I thought I would check this place out since there are so few places to go in Blue Springs. I’ve gotten delivery from here before, and it was pretty good, but the live experience was anything but.
First of all, the parking lot is weird so I had to park in the gravel. Not that big of a deal, but I walked in, and immediately noticed that it smelled really weird. Kind of like old yeast so maybe because they’re a brewery? I don’t know, but it was not pleasant.
I went outside and it also smelled funky out there, I wasn’t exactly sure how anything worked there or how I was supposed to order (and not one of the two dozen or so employees I saw running around, bothered to guide me) so I went back inside and sat at the bar and the bartender gave me two samples of beer to try, which was nice, but unfortunately, even though the beer tasted good, it was not cold at all. I ordered one and I got six happy hour chicken wings Thai style.
To say these were disappointing is the tip of the iceberg. The most emaciated, sad little chicken wings I’ve ever seen and I got one drumstick and five flats. It’s usually half-and-half but OK. It was just chicken wings and ranch dressing on the plate. I wasn’t asked what kind of dressing I wanted, and there was no garnishment or anything else. It looked pathetic. The sauce tasted OK, but they were somehow dry and had too much sauce on them simultaneously. Hard to do but voila! They managed.
The bartender was anything but pleasant as well. She was very determined to completely ignore me so that she could talk to some guy who was in there who was apparently a regular and enthusiastically wash glasses and talk trash with her coworkers instead of asking if I wanted water (I did), how my food tasted (terrible) or doing her MAIN job of customer service at all. It’s a shame because I can be an insanely good tipper, like $50 on A $20 tab but whatever. I guess she didn’t wanna make any money yesterday.
I’m in high-end fine dining hospitality so I understand what it takes to do this job and I am regularly just blown away by how bad the service and food is in Blue Springs generally speaking, but this was above and beyond terrible even for this area.
I wouldn’t step foot in there again if you paid me.

We were a party of 14 and everything was great! Our server was Veronica O. and she was so much fun and her service was outstanding. We had been there before so we knew we loved the food but this was just a really good experience. The pizzas are delicous and the salads and sandwiches were so good.

I was surprised for my first trip here on a Wednesday evening in June that it was such a popular place, with lots of folks dining inside and out, and a large adjacent parking lot almost completely full with cars. Plenty of variety in table types, with locations inside, on the covered rear porch and behind the building, under table umbrellas as well. The thin-crust pizza was one of the best I’ve had in the area.

Miss opportunity..... the atmosphere of this place is awsome. And the food taste good. However, menu, service and prices is a OVER PRICED FAST FOOD. First, 15$ for smash burger and you dont get fries? I asked for ketchup....she brought back ketchup packets.... so McD's like.... interesting.

Food, drinks and service all fantastic. Our server was named Lisa and she was so personable and friendly, also very attentive. The food was just as fabulous as it always is and we were happy to see you’ve added a big tent over part of the outside seating area. Super good service and food!
