Liberty Costa Vida is a consistent favorite for my family and me. Every single person I have brought here has thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The scratch made tortillas make a massive difference in quality and flavor, and the portions are generous while keeping prices very reasonable. Fresh food, great atmosphere, and fast service every visit. Easily five stars.
The mango salsa was really good. The small scoop of guacamole was disappointing, though.

Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill is a consistent favorite for families and has become a go-to spot for many. The scratch made tortillas make a massive difference in quality and flavor, and the portions are generous while keeping prices very reasonable. The food is amazing and delicious, with the sweet pork and tres leche especially loved. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the music is nice. Service is fast, and the workers are super friendly, helpful, and patient with questions. Kids who tend to be picky eaters also enjoy eating here. One visit included small nachos and 2 separate platters of steak tacos. However, one customer was pleased with the customer service at the drive-through but felt uncomfortable being asked for tips for carry out through a drive-through, saying customers should not feel like they have to tip for a 2-3 minute interaction. Overall, many will definitely continue to come back.
