“Great food, fast service!”

“I just had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner there. We used the new event space. We had plenty of room, it was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially Kathleen, she stayed in contact with me and help coordinate as needed. The food was awesome. The best chicken salad I've ever eaten for one, but everything was delicious and wonderful. I will definitely be using them again.”

“There was some issues with the ordering and the stress of a new opening, but I understood the issues. It took a while to get order but it was well worth the wait. All of these issues will work out as they are open longer. I will most definatly return.”

“Really want to rate my visit a 3.5.
The wait to order was excessive.
At first I pulled into a stall. After hitting the red button (a second time after 5 min) and waiting for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, I drove around to the drive thru. There I was asked to wait again. This wait was eight minutes until they got back to me to take my order. After placing my order, I waited an appropriate amount of time to review the order, however if there had been any other food options close by then I probably would have gone there.
Staff was extremely friendly, that's why they are getting 4 stars from me.
The food was hot, good tasting, but maybe a bit overcooked. I will chalk that up to probably being short staffed.
Honestly though, if the wait to be greeted is going to take that long of a time,, it would be better to shut down the drive thru and operate the stalls only until adequately staffed.
I would have tipped if a hadn't needed to go through the drive thru.”

“Excellent place all around! GF and Vegan menus, sit down dining. (North location is pick up only) Covered drive-thru for easy pick ups as well. Movie and music theme throughout the dining room, very cool. I recommend.”

“We love coming to Shakin’. It is definitely a hidden gem. Sadly, tonight was a let down. We got here and there were several seats at the bar that we were told were supposedly “taken”. A large group came in and were told to take the seats. They were served quickly. We waited 15-20 minutes to even be acknowledged by the bar staff. Would have been nice to at least been welcomed and told be with you shortly. When the bartender finally made eye contact and came over, his excuse was “sorry, there’s only two of us!” We’ve been here when the place was packed and never experienced this service. We literally almost walked out. Miss the “old” bartenders who were attentive and quick to take care of customers.”

“I asked about vegan options and they went above and beyond—made me a vegan chimichanga and burrito even though they weren’t on the menu. Thank you so much, it was absolutely delicious! Super kind and friendly staff. We’ll definitely be back soon!”

“The breakfast was excellent. The biscuits were baked well and very fluffy and buttery. The pancakes were huge and very good. The space itself is on the small side, very much a small diner feel. Overall, very good and we will be going back.”

“Fantastic beer amazing atmosphere a great bunch of people running it make it a fantastic place to relax to laid back music.. perfect for family and friends. the fire pit and the outdoor yard and being able to sit under the trees sip a beer and listen to music ....this is my kind of place!”

“We frequent here once or twice each week! The best customer service each time. The staff has gone above and beyond and remembers my daughter’s Mini Murphy no cheese (dairy allergy) bbq sauce instead of marinara and crumbly Italian sausage or pepperoni. It’s tough as it is being a mom of a child with allergies but we know and trust this location with her sensitivity. We always leave with smiles on our faces! Can’t thank you enough for such a fabulous establishment.”

“Stopped here yesterday for the first time . The pulled pork and Turkey sandwiches were out of this world. The pasta salad was amazing, I had never had a pasta salad like that before. My husband said the Pumpkin pie was one of the best he has had. I had said I wanted some good bbq while on vacation and this exceeded my expectations.”

The scenery and facilities made for an amazing event and day. The staff was nothing short of amazing and we could not have asked for anything more.
