“I just had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner there. We used the new event space. We had plenty of room, it was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially Kathleen, she stayed in contact with me and help coordinate as needed. The food was awesome. The best chicken salad I've ever eaten for one, but everything was delicious and wonderful. I will definitely be using them again.”

“There was some issues with the ordering and the stress of a new opening, but I understood the issues. It took a while to get order but it was well worth the wait. All of these issues will work out as they are open longer. I will most definatly return.”

“I went in for the 1st time March 14 and had a hot green tea with oat milk and avocado toast. My my my. My first time for avocado toast and it was phenomenal. I went back again the following Wednesday just for the avocado toast, it is that good. Beth, the lady who helped me both times, very personable and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“We love coming to Shakin’. It is definitely a hidden gem. Sadly, tonight was a let down. We got here and there were several seats at the bar that we were told were supposedly “taken”. A large group came in and were told to take the seats. They were served quickly. We waited 15-20 minutes to even be acknowledged by the bar staff. Would have been nice to at least been welcomed and told be with you shortly. When the bartender finally made eye contact and came over, his excuse was “sorry, there’s only two of us!” We’ve been here when the place was packed and never experienced this service. We literally almost walked out. Miss the “old” bartenders who were attentive and quick to take care of customers.”

“Stopped here yesterday for the first time . The pulled pork and Turkey sandwiches were out of this world. The pasta salad was amazing, I had never had a pasta salad like that before. My husband said the Pumpkin pie was one of the best he has had. I had said I wanted some good bbq while on vacation and this exceeded my expectations.”

“We frequent here once or twice each week! The best customer service each time. The staff has gone above and beyond and remembers my daughter’s Mini Murphy no cheese (dairy allergy) bbq sauce instead of marinara and crumbly Italian sausage or pepperoni. It’s tough as it is being a mom of a child with allergies but we know and trust this location with her sensitivity. We always leave with smiles on our faces! Can’t thank you enough for such a fabulous establishment.”

“We asked to sit outside and were immediately asked what we wanted to drink. Chips and salsa came out very quickly. Our order was taken within minutes. There was only one other table that had people dining. The service we got outside with minimal people sitting out there was great. The food was very good. The only complaint is the same with a lot of other Mexican restaurants. They keep shrinking the size of the chimichanga. It should be the star of the plate, but it’s not.”
