Best food, plate for plate, I’ve had in a while and that’s saying something because STL has the best food. Everything was a 20/10!!!! Some of the most amazing pastas, UNREAL!!!!!!! Service was fabulous, we loved you Edward!!!

Gamlin's Maplewood is a restaurant that offers an excellent dining experience in every way. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, with a lively feeling. The interior features large TV’s adorning the walls that scroll through classic paintings, and soft lighting with flickering LED’s that make it feel like you are eating under candlelight. The tables are close enough that you feel the energy of the place but not so close to feel crowded. The service is fabulous, attentive, and welcoming. The food is top-notch, with some of the most amazing pastas, and everything is a 20/10. The focaccia bread is incredibly soft and so good. The caesar salad with anchovies is great, and the anchovies are not overly salty or fishy. The meat balls and the Triangole are must haves. The Duck Breast, the Triangoli, the duck, the scallops, and the Ribeye are all excellent. The drinks are unique and on point, with one of the best Espresso Martinis in the area. The whiskey blend experience, where you craft your own 2.5oz. pour, is a neat experience. The mocktails are also pretty good. There is no seed oils, local produce, and pasta made daily. Even the water is top notch. The Chef's window seating is a bonus. The only downside is that it is a bit loud. Overall, Gamlin's Maplewood is one of the best dining experiences.
