The jambalaya is noted for being spicy with flavor, accompanied by nice portions of sausage and shrimp. The hush puppies are perfectly cooked and flavorful, making them great for scooping up sauce. The blackened catfish is also well-seasoned, and the coleslaw side balances the spice. Vegetarian options are limited to salads and one vegie bowl. Parking can be a bit limited directly in front of the restaurant, but there are plenty of spots nearby within a short walking distance. The staff is polite, adding to the overall positive experience.
