Horrible service at the drive thru. Ordered a $6 meal and the man taking my order was rushing through it. I wanted to change somethings on the burger (whopper jr.) and he kept mishearing what I was saying. Ended up mishearing what I said again and added a $6 whopper onto my order. I told him that wasn't right and he acknowledged it but it never went off the drive thru screen. 11/29/2022. My Family had dinner here before a basketball game that was hosted in Marshfield. Food was fresh, service was good, place was clean. The new games in the lobby my 5 yr old loved. Best Burger King I had been to in a while.
We just went through there, our burgers were full of pickles, one piece of onion, and a drop ketchup. We ordered 10pc nuggets but got 20 overcooked and stale nuggets instead. Like...what even? Not to mention the excruciating slow service.
Maybe we were treated this way because we used coupons, or the staff just didn't want to be there today. 🤷♀️

Burger King offers good and fresh food with polite staff. The combos are perfect and the drinks have fizz. The restaurant can get busy around lunchtime, but it's worth the wait. The dining and restrooms are clean, and there is plenty of parking with handicap ramps available. The restaurant is nicely updated, clean, and spacious inside, making it a pleasant fast food stop. The service is quick and wonderful, and the meal is hot and correct. The food is brought to the table. It is one of the best Burger King locations. They got the order right.
