I sat in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes at 8:30 PM on a weekday night just to get a package of tots! I will not be stopping there again
Our food is always right. We stop every Thursday morning on our way to our homeschool co-op.
We were so impressed with this sonic ate outside it was awesome!

Sonic Drive-In has a range of customer experiences, with some praising the staff's friendliness and others expressing concerns about management and order accuracy. However, inconsistencies in service need improvement, especially on Sundays when long waits with no service occur. Several of the automated menus were unable to be used, causing inconvenience. For dining you stay in the car, which is great, but the bathrooms are not accessible. There is appreciation for the staff, but the service is inconsistent.
