Looking for something besides a chain. It is the typical small town cafe feel but the quality of food was good, large portions and good prices. Lots of locals there. Also they make many homemade pies and cookies etc. we didn’t get any as we were full. Staff was accommodating
If you want “just like momma use to make” good cooking, you have got to come here! Everything I ordered was obviously from scratch. I got their biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were soooo fluffy and fresh. The pancakes were also delicious. The service was so great, and best of all, their baked goods are absolutely amazing. As an old waitress from days gone by, I have to say I love it! The food is always hot and delicious. The girls are friendly and helpful. They have the best pies ever! My favorite is the coconut meringue. I can't do without my catfish sandwich, so I'm off to lunch at Sheila's today! Try it. You'll like it.
