The customer service and communication skills are very poor. I visited Tony's this morning and order a sausage egg and cheese croissant with 1 glazed donut. They had a crowd but the workers/ cooks seemed to be moving slow and unaware of what orders to fill. The lady that took my order informed me my sandwich would be up shortly. After waiting 15 minutes I then asked the same lady who took my order how long was it before my sandwich to be made. Instantly another woman intervenes...read full review
I have been a loyal customer of Tony's since 2017, but they have changed their receipe and I can no longer support them. I was their today 1/22/25 @ 2pm. Their donuts are dry and the new glaze used on donuts crumbles and taste old. They taste stale like they are selling day old donuts. Tony's go back to making the donuts the way you use to. If it wasn't broke why did you feel the need to change.
This place is so unprofessional and customer service is POOR because of the management. Ms. Cathy hires teenage girls all to misuse, belittle, and verbally abuse them.
The young ladies are so pleasant and sweet, but Ms. Cathy is the complete opposite!!!
She will intervene when the employees are in the middle of orders. Rudely tells the young ladies to walk away from the counter, all for her to give out the wrong order and make a statement saying she doesn’t make mistakes....read full review
