Our fries are comically empty. Picture in the comments. Glad to see that McDonalds is consistently disappointing at every location.
Have to wait forever for your order even when you order through the app ahead of time. The food itself is subpar. Paying too much for fast food when it isn’t even fast. Right now you have 5 cars waiting to receive their food from the drive thru, it’s unacceptable. This has happened more than once in different times of day.
ill never be back to the Monett location. manager refused to make us fresh coffee for our 2 large coffees . instead they gave us all creamer with a splash of old coffee. Avoid this location if you have special requests. they will not honor them like they do at other locations
