Ordered. Three shakes. When the screen said collleen is coming with your order we thought oh good (after 25 minutes of wait) she walked by our car and then took them back inside We waited another minute thinking she’d see the right stall number and bring them out but NO. We drove off. Ordered mxD and got in 4 minutes
Ordered on the app at 5:45pm. Set the pick up time for 6:15pm... arrived and notified the app like I’m suppose to and it said our order was on its way. Sat there for 10 mins while 3 other people pulled up, ordered and got their food. We pushed the button and told the young guy who answered that we had a online order and it hasn’t been brought out and we’ve been there for 10 mins.
