“Super cool atmosphere, great food, and great music! 10/10“

“We ordered dinner through the app tonight and picked up at the store, which we do often. I enjoy earning the reward points and they have always produced great food for us. When we sat down at our table to eat, we realized our chicken bacon ranch pizza was thin crust, not hand tossed, and was missing sauce. I’m not a picky eater at all - and I was prepared to eat what we had- but I was struggling to get through the first slice. I threw in the towel. Husband and I were both disappointed, but I hesitated to call the store because I HATE making a fuss. After some discussion, I decided to call the store to see what our options were because I was hungry and very uninterested in suffering through the pizza we had. The young man that answered the phone at the store was kind and listened to my description of the pizza and I asked if it was possible to get a remake. He didn’t hesitate and said “absolutely! You said CBR, hand-tossed, with no tomatoes, correct?” I said yes. He replied with great “We will deliver it to you and add a lava cake, on the house.” I never expected delivery to be an option, or the cake to be added, but it was much appreciated!! I was so surprised we didn’t have to go back to town (even though we were prepared to go). We live a mile too far for delivery through the app, but the gentleman in the store never hesitated to deliver our food to our home to make up for the mistake. Our food arrived in about 15 minutes and the driver was a very nice young lady. I wish I would have gotten both employees names so I could brag on them directly. Food was hot and 10/10. Husband and I both were very happy with the remade pizza. I won’t hesitate to order from them in the future. Mistakes happen, especially on a busy holiday 🇺🇸 evening. “Pizza was good as usual, but not the new cookie dough. I don't know when they changed it, but it's not as good as the old stuff. It's an outsourced product, has no egg, too many chemicals, it doesn't smell right, and it's way overpriced.“

As a former employee of this fine company, it truly brings a tear to my eye to see that the synchronization among staff is performing at an all time high. The food quality and the atmosphere, were like no other. I truly enjoy coming here for some very yummy pizza!!! ???“
