Stopped for lunch. My husband got pancakes and said they were the best he's ever had. I got the gumbo. it was so good i got a container to go.
Great food and a joy to be around. Even though 8 of us walked in at 40 minutes before closing with only one person working, we were made to feel welcome.
Stuffed Cheesecake Waffle Cones were Beyond Delicious 😁 Beautifully Packaged 🎈

Gannie Bakery and Bistro is a wonderful restaurant in Hannibal, Missouri. Visitors stopped for lunch, breakfast, and dinner and found delicious food. The pancakes with ham were the best pancakes ever had. The gumbo was so delicious. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. On Soulfood Friday, the fish was hot and crispy. The best cream horns ever had. The tenderloin was very tender, good size, lightly seasoned, and the sweet potatoes were very delicious. The Wagu burger was very lean meat with not much seasoning, cooked well, with veggies. The stuffed French toast, an omelet, and a turkey wrap were made fresh to order and delicious. The Magic Burger with fries was cooked as requested, and fries were hot and crispy. The service was great, and the waitress was adorable, sweet, nice, and attentive. The environment is casual and comfortable with a calm and quiet atmosphere. The menu is simple with good variety, and prices are reasonable. They helped with handicap access. Highly recommend.
