“I was not overly impressed by this location. I placed an online order and it said ready in 15 minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes later and the team member said it would be about 15 minutes while the screen in the lobby said 9 minutes. I went to wait in my car and watched the employees goofing around for 15 minutes so I went back in and 5 minutes later the pizza was ready.“

“Wow!!!is all I can say! I was greeted buy a smiling, friendly girl. I have never had an issue , however today it was busy and the pizza wasn't correct. Eric was so kind when I explained the problem. They took care of it right away, and were all helpful and went above and beyond to make it perfect. Thank you for making my experience amazing!“

“Usually I say yes, tonight however was a fail. Ordered a pepperoni cheesier and a specialty cheese with mushroom and black olive. Wait was about ten minutes. Drove home (about 5-6 minutes) and both pizzas were cold and crust on mushrooms/black’s crust was mostly raw. We had to bake it to eat it. Called to let the store know that they might need to check their oven or their timing because of the problem. Got an okay and hang up. An I’m sorry might have been nice.“

“The food was fresh. The service was great and absolutely hilarious. They were very entertaining even though they were only at partial staffing.
Of all the Popeyes that are available in Southwest Missouri this has been the best experience I've ever had. I'm giving you five stars on food and service. Here's why:
Everyone behind the line was friendly!
They were very sarcastic and it was wonderful. They communicated that there was a delay, and our food was absolutely fresh.
No one was screaming or fighting in the parking lot! No one stormed out from behind the line throwing stuff yelling they have had enough of this!
I had to check to see when I left if we were really at a Popeyes. It was nice!
And yes, I am afraid that leaving a positive review like this will convince the Springfield managers to go in there and fix this problem. The last corporations seem to want today is return business. 🙄“

“Had a great meal today. No better chicken wings anywhere! Francis was a GREAT waitress to us. She tended to everything with a smile. Many thinks to her! All 5 of us enjoyed our meal very much with her help. She kept the glasses full and tended to everything very good!“

“WOW! I came in yesterday for the first time and ordered a S&S chicken w/fried rice to go. It was so Incredibly fresh and flavorful! Service with smiles and even the cook waved and said have a great day! ! Totally 5 stars!!!!“
“I came across this place when looking for local places to eat in Ozark. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere! Our dog was allowed to join us on the patio - definitely a huge plus - IYKYK. The pulled pork was very good and juicy. The sides A+. I got the potato salad and broccoli salad. My husband got the cole slaw. They were made different than what we are use to but tasted great nonetheless. I am sure we will be back before we leave to go home.“

“We had cheesy bread and a large extravaganza, it was very good, lots of meats and vegetables on it. I went through the drive through. It was very good service. I ordered pulled over into the spot. And within 15 minutes, they brought it out to me, everybody was wonderful. very service-oriented. Fast service, everyone had smiles on and was real nice.“

“Loved the bone in! I usually pick the skin off all wings bc the skin texture BUT not these, I ate each one bone clean! They were perfectly crispy & sauced! My husband congratulated me for eating a wing properly lol! I do wish it was a full restaurant as we could use something different in ozark, but it’s a good start!“

“Domino’s has become a regular part of our family's routine. My son absolutely loves their pizza and would have me order a medium cheese pizza every night if I let him! 🍕 Every time we order, the pizza arrives hot, fresh, and exactly how we expect it. The delivery is always quick, and the team consistently does a great job.
It's hard to beat a place that keeps a kid this happy while providing reliable service every time. Thanks to the Domino's team for making family pizza nights easy and enjoyable! Highly recommend. A+“

“We have just moved to the area and mixed up locations that would deliver to our house. When the location that doesn't deliver to our house canceled our order, but didn't transfer it to this location, Hanna stepped up and helped figure out what the issue was, and made sure to call the other store to make sure they refunded the money from the order there. She really went above and beyond to get our order straightened out!“

“Pitts BBQ was so kind to help out local Pack 200 with their back-to-school scout recruitment event/ Kick-off! We had plenty of meat Pitts provided and gladly took some extra to use at our family camp so none was wasted. I thought the sauces were really good, and we had several people struggling with Alpha Gal eat pulled chicken and have no reaction. Thank you Pitts!“
