I arrived about 10 minutes later and the team member said it would be about 15 minutes while the screen in the lobby said 9 minutes. I went to wait in my car and watched the employees goofing around for 15 minutes so I went back in and 5 minutes later the pizza was ready.“

“Usually I say yes, tonight however was a fail. Ordered a pepperoni cheesier and a specialty cheese with mushroom and black olive. Wait was about ten minutes. Drove home (about 5-6 minutes) and both pizzas were cold and crust on mushrooms/black’s crust was mostly raw. We had to bake it to eat it. Called to let the store know that they might need to check their oven or their timing because of the problem. Got an okay and hang up. An I’m sorry might have been nice.“

“I came across this place when looking for local places to eat in Ozark. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere! Our dog was allowed to join us on the patio - definitely a huge plus - IYKYK. The pulled pork was very good and juicy. The sides A+. I got the potato salad and broccoli salad. My husband got the cole slaw. They were made different than what we are use to but tasted great nonetheless. I am sure we will be back before we leave to go home.“

When the location that doesn't deliver to our house canceled our order, but didn't transfer it to this location, Hanna stepped up and helped figure out what the issue was, and made sure to call the other store to make sure they refunded the money from the order there. “I definitely would order from the Ozark Pizza Hut again!!! I ordered food at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. This is absolutely the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Normally I walk in and place an order but this time I ordered through the app and it was easy to place the order through the app and pick it up inside the restaurant. The employees are always nice, friendly and efficient at this location! I really do miss the dine-in at this location it was always amazing! My food orders are always right when I get carryout from this location.“

“This is a very small walk-in/ delivery location in the back corner of an L shaped strip mall, which was hard to find. I am sure locals have no problem knowing where it is. The clerk was very pleasant and the pizza was perfect.
