I feel like the service quality has really declined since they moved. They're constantly taking forever to deliver my orders (I live only a few miles further south, I am not hard to find), and forgetting items or making mistakes. Really hoping they can get it together, I used to like the food and found the location convenient.
I had a mixup on a previous order and called the store, spoke to Lexi (she's the Night manager) and explained the situation. She not only offered to replace the order but she also had it redelivered free of delivery fee! She was an absolute delight! Very professional and went out of her way, in my opinion, to correct a simple mistake. Thank you, Lexi!!! This Domino's has been great for years, but recently my pizzas have had issues. They come with hardly any sauce or cheese, even when I paid for extra cheese, and lacking toppings too. :(
