I’ve come here multiple times actually this is my preferred theater in Springfield and every single person of the staff especially a specific Josh Yarham who works as a bartender always gives amazing service! Needs a raise!
Love the recliners and good staff but will definitely eat first next time , when they add 18 percent tip to every order, it becomes extremely overpriced to get food there. No wonder the movie ticket is so cheap - if you aren’t ordering food it’s a good place to go
Excellent service and excellent food, the chips and queso were exceptional and I highly recommend the churro popcorn 🤌🏻

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Springfield offers an enjoyable dining and movie experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the cleanliness of the venue is consistently maintained. The theater features reclining seats and a 21+ policy, making it a great place for dates. Customers can easily buy tickets online and enjoy their meals while watching movies. The menu includes popular options such as queso, fried pickle spears, and Philly cheesesteak with fries. Guests particularly enjoy the unlimited popcorn served in a big silver bowl, with flavors like churro and Parmesan truffle popcorn. The seats are very comfortable, enhancing the overall experience. However, some customers feel that the food prices are quite high, especially with the automatic 18% gratuity included in the bill, which may affect the perceived quality of service. Despite this, the bathrooms are always clean, and customer service remains excellent, with staff being friendly and helpful, particularly during special events. Overall, Alamo Drafthouse Springfield is recommended for a memorable movie night, though some may find the food prices and service issues less appealing.
