The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet vibrant energy that set the stage for an amazing evening. Our waiter, **Dillon**, was new but absolutely fantastic—attentive, quick, and so eager to learn while providing excellent service. **The drinks were a highlight!** My espresso martini was *divine*—rich, smooth, and almost like a dessert with what tasted like a hint of chocolate at the center. My fiancé’s smoked old fashioned (made with **Blanton’s**) was **next-level good**—bold, perfectly balanced, and so flavorful. For starters, the **calamari** was cooked *perfectly*—crispy, tender, and not rubbery at all. I had the Major crossing medallions and he had the Ribeye. Both seared to perfection with amazing flavor. The garlic butter mashed potatoes, well let me say I could have eaten a whole bowl of them! The chocolate chip cookies were the cherry on top! Oh and the chef came out to say hello because duh, the food was amazeballs and customer service was top tier! Overall, **Retro Metro exceeded every expectation**. We can’t wait to come back!“

“Our dream of a fine dining Italian Restaurant in the Ozarks has been fulfilled. We just finished our 38th Anniversary dinner this evening and we're now wondering why we hadn't been there before today. To say we were impressed is the understatement of the year. Our entire experience was over the top excellent. The restaurant is elegantly decorated with ample room to navigate even during crowded times. The lighting and music provided an atmosphere that allowed both intimate conversations between couples and large groups. The wait staff were all both professional and personable. Josie, our server, was a delight and provided today's list of delicious specials. We started with the Crabcake for the antipasta. The portion was very generous and it was so good we cleaned the plate. For the main course we chose the Filetto Al Porcini and the Bistecca Rosemarino. Both were very generous portions and cooked to perfection. The steaks and the accompanying side dishes were so flavorful that we forced ourselves to save room for dessert. Ahh dessert... it was a apple/cinnamon on a puff pastry, with creme brulie in the middle. Served with a scoop of cinnamon vanilla ice-cream. We were scaping the plate to get every last part. It was that good. Yum. All during and after dinner we continued to laud how much we loved this restaurant, the food and the service. 5 stars all around.“

“This place has really great food. Some of it can be pretty pricey, but I'm pretty sure they have stuff that isn't as expensive. It's definitely worth going to and trying it out.
The workers are always super nice and helpful.“

“I recently dined at Olive Garden and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Noe W., provided outstanding service—he was professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. He truly deserves a bonus for his excellent manners and dedication.

The food was great, especially the Chicken Alfredo, which was creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. The Seafood Alfredo was also a standout, with a generous portion of shrimp and scallops in a smooth, flavorful sauce. The Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara had the perfect balance of smoky bacon, tender chicken, and shrimp in a delicious, cheesy sauce. Every dish was fresh, hot, and well-prepared.

The only downside is the prices, which I personally find too high. However, I understand that inflation has affected everything. Hopefully, they’ll come down in the future.

I really hope that management sees this and rewards Noe W. with a raise or a special bonus. His service truly made the experience exceptional, and he deserves to be recognized for it.“

“We have not found a pizza place we like anywhere in this small town. And we do love our out west Pizza Hut and this one here and only this location is a blast of awesome food from the past. The employees were awesome, the cleanliness of the restaurant was awesome and the food on multiple occasions now, has been perfect. I am sooooo happy, this town finally got a awesome Pizza Hut back in place. Stay awesome ( West Sunshine location) Pizza Hut!
