“Tavola Trattoria, Bentonville. This Bentonville institution had been praised by practically everyone we’d met when we asked for great food recommendations on our recent stay, so we had to pay it a visit. Tavola serves hearty, authentic Italian and Mediterranean fare. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and our server Emily was a wonderful host. We started with a bottle of Fontella Chianti, to enjoy with the complimentary focaccia, and shortly after ordering, the antipasti arrived; Calamarello, a fritto misto style dish of fried squid, prawns, aubergine and courgette, and an Insalata Colorata, with kale, baby spinach, red gem lettuce, carrots, fennel, and a herbed lemon vinaigrette topped with creamy Burrata. And the main courses were also outstanding; The Westlake Stromboli, was an incredible crab, shrimp, basil pesto, parmesan & mozzarella rolled pizza, and the Ravioli Tavola was stuffed with blue crab meat on house parmesan cream drizzled with roasted red bell pepper sauce- a superb pasta dish. Tavola Trattoria absolutely hit the spot, and is a must-visit for anyone looking for tasty, traditional Italian food prioritising local, fresh produce and quality ingredients.“

“Yesterday was our first visit. We have been wanting to try it for a while, just hadn't. What a mistake! What a wonderful experience from the beginning. We had the house made tre mozarelle, Cesar with anchovy as antipasti. Both dishes were excellent. For our 2 main dishes, we chose linguine con aragosta & bucatini ali' amatriciana. The lobster was cooked perfectly and the sauce and house made pasta were intricate and flavorful. The amatriciana had a great balance with the sauce and pecorino.

For dessert, one of our servers suggested the candy cap mushroom gelato. We were a bit hesitant, but tried it along with espresso and malaga gelato (comes in a set of 3). All flavors were excellent. We also shared a tiramisu in an individual jar. It was also fabulous. The lady fingers were light and delicate.

We can't wait to return to try other dishes and soups as well as enjoy outdoor dining in the fall.

“I walked in and went to pick up a pizza and was greeted by an amazing gentleman named David. David greeted me with kindness and brought nothing but joy towards me we even talked for a minute or two.
We did have some problems with my payment because we weren’t sure if it went through on there end. So he told me he would cover it.
I waited a few hours to see if it ended up going through on my part but it didn’t so I went back to try and pay it there once more.
David politely denied the payment and said that he would cover it regardless and wouldn’t let me give him a tip too. I can’t wait to come back to give this kind gentlemen the tip he deserves. Thank you David.“

“We've been wanting to try this place since we moved here, but just hadn't got around to it. It did not disappoint at all! It smelled wonderful, they were super busy, but they still managed to seat us immediately, the service was wonderful, we didn't have to wait long for drinks or food, the portions were huge, and it was sooo good....Also the bread and oil was to die for.“

“Last night we celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary at Cappriccios, one of our favorite restaurants. The food was excellent as always, but it’s the warm, friendly atmosphere that we really like. Carlos, his family members and wait staff take the time to greet us personally and to ensure everything is perfect. They really care about your dining experience. This is a resturant where you can talk, relax and enjoy an unhurried meal on white table cloths while listing to Sinatra! We love it! Thanks to Carlos, Dennis and Alex for (another) pleasant evening! “We are from NH but my husband has been working in Bentonville Arkansas since last June I come once a month to visit and Napolis is always a must!! We sit in the bar area the waiter/bartender is absolutely amazing. Food it great!!!“

“Ordered lasagna, when it was served it was burnt on the side and bottom. Showed it to manager and he asked if it was burned to much. What a sorry way to react, I was served with another plate.“

“This is the second time we’ve eaten here. Food is okay. It’s not what it should be for the price you pay but it’s enjoyable. The service was a bit iffy. Today I’m pretty sure our waiter forgot about us. We waited quite a while and I’m pretty sure he was playing bartender while we were waiting. A bit frustrating because the restaurant was literally empty. It was us and three other families. He seemed to be having fun at the bar with his coworkers though.
Aside from a rough end, it was mostly good. Foods a bit heavy, but again, enjoyable.“

“Food is generally great! However, you should check the expiration on your chips before you serve them. I got some that were about 6 months past the expiration and then the next time I got some that were 2 months past. You could definitely tell they were stale.“

“I’ll start off by saying always pick up your pizza from this location and do not get it delivered! You will most likely never see your pizza. Overall, the quality of food ( As long as you pick it up yourself ) is always good! Also, whoever the older gentleman running that location is needs a raise! He’s a one-man band. The fact that you haven’t got him any help is diabolical. How do you expect an older gentleman to do the job of what needs to be done by two or three people? Not fair.“
