“So I have a wheat allergy, and have been going to neighbors mill for a long time because I can have the spelt oat bread. Here recently the customer service has gone way down hill. Today I called a head and order a grilled cheese on spelt, a tomato soup, and a salad and told them “no bread on the side.” When I got there I checked my food (because I have ordered this before and still end up with bread on the salad and have to give it away) and the salad had the focaccia in with it. So I told the lady checking me out that it needs to be remade, and her response to me was “well you should have told us.” (It was written on the receipt) so while I was waiting for that I asked for a spelt pumpkin muffin, paid for it and went on my way. At a stop light I had realized that she had given me a regular pumpkin muffin. So I turned around and when I got there she said “what’s wrong now?” And I told her that she put a regular muffin in my bag when I had asked for a spelt one because of my allergy. Needless to say I’m done, between what happened today and a buddy of mine used to work there and he told me that they treat their employees like garbage. Now they’re treating their customers the same way.“

“Had our office summer party at Andy Bs last night. Brooklyn was our personal hostess. She was also our bar tender and server. That women worked her a** off for us. our drinks never went dry. our food came out great! and all in all. She was a major factor if not the key factor as to why we were able to enjoy ourselves. Brooklyn if you get to see this. Thank you again for everything you did. We all had an amazing time. Our only complaint about this place is that the arcade section could use with some expanding. We all got cards that gave us an hours worth of play for free. you just couldn't get any tickets with that. that is fine and all but when you only have 4 or 5 games that don't give tickets that are good. It's kind of hard to enjoy ourselves doing that. Side note. Laser tag was a blast!! and you get to go down in the basement and have a whole area for it. that was great as well. We frequently will split and just add another side, saving overall with less leftovers. The prices overall compare to other steakhouses in town, but the generous portions and quality put it above in my opinion. The service has always been great! Overall, we love it and frequent Longhorn regularly!“

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Omo Box, and the chicken was tender, perfectly glazed with their house teriyaki sauce, and came with a generous variety of sides.
