From the moment we walked in, Deb and Bill made us feel completely welcome. Deb is incredibly kind and warm, and the whole experience truly feels like you’re having dinner in their home rather than a restaurant.

They checked on us throughout the evening and made the entire night feel personal and special. The level of care and hospitality they showed is something we’ve honestly never experienced before.

And the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every single dish had us saying “wow.” It was some of the best food we’ve ever had.

“I was there for happy hour. I got a Stella beer on tap for $5 during happy hour. The Mac and cheese bites were good but need a marinara sauce or something for them. They are good, but need something to help cut through the cheese! Lol. The onion rings were good too. I got the moonshine peach BBQ chicken sandwich. It was pretty good, but with a side of fries, it felt like a bit on the expensive side. However, the views and entertainment probably make up for it. The views are amazing of the river on the deck outside, and the band was warming up (upstairs) when we were leaving but it definitely would have been a good time! There was also a live duo downstairs by the bar while we were there who were just vocalists. It was good and added to the ambiance.“

Small cafe, very casual, nothing fancy but good food and friendly staff. It's nice to see the pay it forward, help the community principles in action. Looks like they close at 2pm weekdays and 1pm on Saturdays.“

Mom and Dad say the human drinks are DERICIMOUS. That's Buffy-language for Deliciously Ridiculous. Mom had that groovy 60s vibe drink and did the little happy dance. Dad had his fancy coffee and said "oh wow" like 47 times. They were both making slurpy sounds and I was VERY concerned they weren't sharing, but it's okay because... AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT MY BREWSTIES?!?! My Brewsties (that's what I call the baristas because they brew stuff and they are my BESTIES) are the NICEST humans on planet Earth!!! They are so fast, so smiley, and they are ALWAYS so quick with the nose scritches. Like, Olympic-level fast nose scritches. I didn't even have to do my sad pitty eyes! They have free pool tables, shuffle board, and an amazing patio to enjoy the sunshine/sunset. My guess is the people rating this place low were probably the problem. Come enjoy this place!“
