They checked on us throughout the evening and made the entire night feel personal and special. The level of care and hospitality they showed is something we’ve honestly never experienced before.

And the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every single dish had us saying “wow.” It was some of the best food we’ve ever had.

“This place is about as hole in the wall, small town Americana diner as they come. Wasn’t really sure what to expect but the food was absolutely amazing. Pork chop was enormous as was the steak. Rolls are homemade. Fried green beans are also made in house and are fantastic. We will be back.”

The tortilla tasted fresh and homemade too — nothing like the generic tortillas you get at most places around here. The serving size was amazing for the price, which is hard to find nowadays. The service was incredible, and you can truly taste the authenticity in every bite. Honestly sad I didn’t try this place sooner because it’s easily one of the best spots I’ve eaten at. “Their Shredded Beef Street Tacos are my go to their but anything I've had is very impressive!! I haven't been able to find another place like this around here! They make special orders for our kiddos ❤️ If you love spicy food, you have to ask for their green sauce! The burrito does not disappoint either!! it's easily enough for two! I highly recommend Antojitos La Monarca! 10/10”

“FOOD WAS GREAT! PORTIONS WERE BETTER! The two people working the truck (I assume to be the owners) were so sweet!! This was our first time driving through this town and we happened to drive past this place and wanted to try. Let me just say you won’t find a much more authentic Asian cuisine in this town, maybe an Asian American Fusion but nothing authentic. The shrimp rolls are a MUST TRY!! Mongolian beef was perfectly seasoned and pairs so well with just regular white rice. The drunken noodle was definitely a yummy dish too! We will definitely be making our way back if we ever pass through this town again. This place deserves so much more recognition!”
