These guys make the best tres leches! Not to mention the fresh drinks in the front, very good spot to stop for some tacos as well! And everybody there is so kind and helpful!
We have always had excellent service while shopping at Rosa's , very kind and helpful staff. Great food! Decent prices and good variety. We love Rosa's! They treat you like family!
