Awesome lounge, good cigar selection. Friendly service. Will return next time I’m in town!

The lounge itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere, but the hospitality was incredibly disappointing for our first visit. I brought my brother here for his birthday and asked the bartender for drink and cigar pairing recommendations. She looked irritated, said she didn't know, and rushed us so she could go back to socializing with a friend.
Not everyone entering a cigar lounge is a pro. Because we were rushed, we didn't get guidance on cutting, and my friend ended up with a stale cigar.
The saving grace was the manager. He noticed the bartender’s dismissive attitude and immediately stepped in to give us a fresh cigar. Kudos to management for caring, but front-line staff needs serious customer service training.

Not for sensory challenged. It is a smooth laid back place. I did like the setup, design concept. I stayed inside for about 20min, not to be rude. I really wanted to enjoy but this is not for Me ONLY because of sensory issues.

They dont serve food, but the drinks and cigars are on point. I had a blast with the live music on Friday nights I would recommend for dates or birthday etc. You are in treat for a great time
