I want to like this place but it’s hard when the cocktails are way below average and the service is even more so. It takes FOREVER to be served and that’s after you hunt the server down. Very tiring trying to enjoy the evening. The food I’ve had on a previous visit was tasty. The bands they hire are usually very good , prepare a cover charge. This particular evening was 7.00.
Patio needs a smokers section. The last three times we have been there the smokers ruin it for us. I understand their right to smoke, but you can’t smoke at Arrowhead so why at Pau and Jacks? We enjoy the outdoor setting and live bands, but smokers ruin it for us. Management needs to do something.
Had takeout. 1 reuben 2 clubs and 1 tenderloin. My boss bought lunch for us at work. Had put a pick-up time of 1pm was on the receipt. They said it didnt tranfer over to them. Boss asked if it could be remade well that upset whoever was working. I beleive they didn't remake it. I believe they just warmed it all up.I have had Reubens at just about every restaurant that i go to that has them on the menu I've had good and I've had bad the reuben i had been cooked out...
