Royal Noodle Bar at Harrah's KC

The most basic microwave heat em up noodles and 2/3 peices of Tyson grilled chicken or whatever random protein you request. NOT SPECIAL IS IT'S QUALIFICATION.

So I got the lo mein and egg rolls. The steak is over cooked. The chicken doesn't have much flavor. The egg rolls are tiny. It was 27.00. It was here so I wanted to try it but it was not good. I wouldn't order from here again. I gave them 2 stars because it was fast.

Food portions are enough I split the beef fried rice with my husband and the pho is great. Food was fast fresh and tasted great

They recently cut the portion size on entrees. Not the price, just the portions.

The Pho has changed. It use to have very good flavor. But today it was like hot water was meat in it.

Its casino food, its not good but truly the part that makes it a scam is the amount. I meam miniacule, small amounts for a little over average price, would not come again.

My husband and I decided to eat here late at night. The awesome thing is they are open super late. The food was good. The staff was super nice. We really enjoyed the experience here. You do have to cut through the casino to get to it so have you ID with you! I would recommend this place for sure!

The staff have always been pleasant and the food has always been good! I try visit Harrahs on Thursday through Sunday when the Noodle Bar is open. I especially enjoy their soups.

Have been staying at this property for decades. Always enjoy it and have a good time. I pick a room in the KC tower as it has nicer rooms. Rooms are definitely showing their age and wear and tear. While there we heard that the LV tower rooms are currently being renovated so will try that tower next time and hopefully KC tower gets renovations next. Room 537 was clean but did have some plumbing issues. Sink didn't drain quickly and when we showered it backed up into the sink which was pretty gross. Drink service in the casino is a little slow but just due to lack of staff. Restaurants have limited hours for the same reason. Eat at Gordon Ramsey if you get the chance. Everything there is great.

I feel personally victimized by the fact that you were unexpectedly closed during my complimentary stay this weekend and for that reason, 4 stars.

I am giving this facility one star. The Harrahs name is associated with luxury and class. When one books a room at a “Harrah’s” hotel, one expects to have better than decent rooms. For their Kansas City location, their rooms are complete hovels. My room’s carpet was stained and buckling. The door frames were scuffed and gouged-wood was actually missing. The bathtub was falling apart. Furniture was gouged. There was an unknown substance under the glass top desk. For having a non-smoking room, furniture had burn marks. . The price of the room in comparison to the product provided was completely unsatisfactory. In addition, I contacted their customer service multiple times. They did not give me the common courtesy of a response. The one positive was the staff. They were all very helpful and pleasant. It’s unfortunate they have to be employed by a place where there corporate does not care.

I'm very upset I called in several times about my payments no one wants to talk to me about my refund and they keep telling me keep calling back someone or call you back, I talk to more than one person.
