Stood in line for 45 minutes for subpar ice cream. I wouldn’t waste your time. Plenty of better places to support. The owner doesn’t seem to want to employ people to properly staff the joint. Many people walked out ahead of us.

Awesome spot for ice cream and sweet treats! There’s always the staples in the menu for soft serve ice creams, shakes, and then a weekly rotating flavor that is guaranteed to be amazing. There’s a ton of space for sitting and enjoying you ice cream. Everything is vegan and mostly gluten free (if not all). It’s all clearly labeled! Whether you are vegan or not, this is the spot to go for handmade treats. We love coming every time and enjoy trying all the new flavors!

This place is amazing! I was a little doubtful at first when I saw that it was oat milk ice cream, but it was so good! I got the cookie's dilemma, which had vanilla vegan ice cream, cookie dough, cookie pieces, and hot fudge. Because the vegan ice cream was not as creamy it wasn't as rich as I thought it was going to be. My friend got the "dream whip", which was basically dole whip. That was pretty good too. 10 out of 10 recommend.
Amazing dairy free treats! If I hadn't already known the ice cream was dairy free, I would have had no idea it was different! I've loved every flavor I've tried so far. This place is awesome!

I was not sure that I would like Vegan Ice Cream, but it was quite good.
This was one of the best cookies I've tasted on an ice cream sandwich. I like that it is a vegan spot, and the people that work there are very nice and patient. Just a heads up: it was more pricey than I thought for an ice cream sandwich, but it was well worth it in my opinion. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu eventually.

LOVE this space, connected to so many wonderful things that are their own entity, SweetEMOtion is classic cute. Dairy free options are hard to come by with sweets so nice to have the options here. Also, who doesn't love living out their teenager self while eating ice cream?? Lots of options and great names for them all to bring you back to those early 2000s days where all you needed was a studded belt and lots of hairspray

For a main-drag coffee shop, this place is sub-par on all levels. The atmosphere is uninviting- dirty floors, scuffed and hastily-painted walls, a bathroom tiled wall is being used as a menu (?!). Why is your front door propped open in the middle of November, on a day with snow in the forecast? The croissant was very, very obviously fresh out of a bag and two Irish coffee cold brews and one croissant was 27$. Were pretty upset about this experience because we were looking out for shows to see at the Rino; not anymore. Dirty, dingy, overpriced, and uninspiring.
