“This is my go to spot every-time I’m in blue springs! I struggled with finding truly healthy good options when it came to getting a quick bite but now that I come here I don’t have that problem. The lemon chicken Caesar wrap and tropical sunrise are my go to’s and I’ll be a forever customer here. Employees and customers are so friendly and it’s not a chain restaurant! Love this place!“

“Lemon Ginger Spinach is my favorite. I started having reactions everytime I drank it though. So I looked up the ingredients. I realized they put mango in it and I am allergic to urushiol (poison ivy oil also in mango skin). They need to start listing all items that are in the smoothies. I started having them substitute pineapple. Make sure you look at all the ingredients in case you have allergies to anything specific. It may not be listed as a main ingredient.“
