Odessa, MO is very lucky to have such great BBQ restaurant! This is as good as any BBQ you can find in KC!
Great food for the price and friendly staff and they give you several different BBQ sauces to choose from.
We just ate there and the meat was perfect. Juicy and tender. Both the burnt ends and the brisket. The beans are awesome so is the coleslaw and corn nuggets. The atmosphere was great. Everyone was so nice and I loved the mix of music they had playing. It was very clean too. I highly recommend everyone give them a try. It's so nice to have some awesome bbq right off 70 and so close to home. I hope they're around for a long time!

Blue Smoke BBQ is a restaurant that serves BBQ. The meat is perfect, juicy and tender. The burnt ends and the brisket are mentioned as perfect and delicious. The ribs are even better than the brisket. The turkey sandwich is really delicious. The wings were tasty, even reheated at home. The corn ribs are delicious, the loaded fries were top notch, and the corn nuggets are great. The beans are awesome, so is the coleslaw. The gooey butter cake is fantastic. The portions are very generous. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant itself was cute and clean, and the tables were clean. The staff were so nice, very friendly and helpful, and the customer service can’t be beat. The mix of music was loved. There is local support advertising on tables. It is a little gem in Odessa, right off 70 and so close to home. The food was great, little packed but that’s all right. With a little bit expansion it could be a world renowned barbecue place.
