“I really love this chick fil a the workers are nice and efficient, but I HATE the drive thru. Ever since the mobile side was added it has taken much longer. I also feel bad for the employees who have to stand there and work the drive thru. I feel like it's an accident waiting to happen. They need to take the mobile side out“
“I just had Chick-fil-A remind me what amazing customer service actually means. My wife had stopped by to pick up lunch for us and our two toddlers. One of the items for the kids was missing when we got home. Anyone with young kids knows that this can be recipe for disaster. I called the restaurant to explain that we had a missing item, hoping for a refund or credit on our next visit. I believe I reached the manager who apologized and went above and beyond by driving the missing item to us during the lunch rush. We really appreciated the extra effort and quick resolution so much and it made our day. Our kids had a great lunch and we're so happy to get the Mac and cheese after all.
