“The night of 8/7/2026 around 9pm. We came right as the resturant indoor dining was closing, and the, I guess I was the manger of the night. She had dyed red hair, a red and white striped shirt. She was super nice and let us in, even though we had a bigger group. I hope they see these reviews:) again, thank you! We had just picked my sister up from the airport and she loves chick fil a, and was REALLY looking forward to it, so thank you 😊“

Tom’s customer service is excellent I’ve been coming to the mall for over 10 years and every time I notice him going above and beyond every single time. He is a huge asset to the team and is very helpful.“
