“The food is really good and feels very authentic casual Greek cuisine. The prices were great and the ordering was easy with a very helpful young lady assisting. We could have done without the young Spanish woman employee talking loudly on her phone on speaker sitting in a booth in the dining area, though. But other than that small thing, it was a really nice experience. One we will repeat soon.“

“The server was down for most of the St.Louis locations and the pickup order I thought I had placed using a gift card didn't go through, so it wasn't ready when I got there. They tried to work with me and Amanda patiently tried to get it all entered for me, but it wouldn't go through correctly. The manager made it right by taking care of the bill and letting me know that they want my business and knew I had been waiting and had ordered it through the app. Amanda later came back to my table to check on me. I will definitely keep coming back and it's close to home, they are very nice, and the food is good. I was at the Des Peres location.“

“We ordered Russos delivery to cater our wedding and they surpassed our expectations. For $1,000, we fed 80+ people and still had leftovers for days. Definitely ordered too much but that’s because we didn’t realize the subs were so packed with meats and cheese. Probably the best subs we have ever eaten. The pastas, fruits, cheeses, and salads were delicious as well. Our only disappointment was with the roast beef sandwiches which were lacking in the meat department as compared to the subs. But overall, a superb experience. We will definitely be ordering again as needed. Well done!“

“They saved the day for us! We had catering set up for a graduation party with another place and they ghosted us. My husband went up there the morning of the party, and they were able to make enough food for 30 people for pick up by that afternoon! “I have alpha gal which has made it tricky to eat out at times. I received the best treatment I've ever experienced since having it. Both the server and manager took the time without making me feel like a burden (though I know it is one) to find something that would work. The manager also delivered my main to assure me it was handled with care. Blown away by the care and service.“

“Big shout out to this Chik-Fil-A team. Everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. We had an issue where the app bugged out submitting our order and Donna was able to help us out (perhaps something for corporate to look into- it tries to track your location instead of just submitting your order and then it got mad because it had a competing screen where it was trying to get you to agree to something so instead of tracking our order it ate it). The order meant a surprising amount to my husband so he was greatly relieved when they were able to fulfill it despite challenges.
I also saw them helping people by retrieving high chairs for parents, the children’s play area was a great success with our 2yo and the entire place had a lovely, welcoming vibe.

“Most efficient and well run fast food chain by a long shot. Pulled into the drive thru during peak lunch time.. both drive thru lanes wrapping around the building. Still took less than 10 minutes to order and get $30+ of food. Amazing. The entire staff extremely kind. (Why other restaurants don’t replicate the Chick-fil-A service model is beyond me.. “I was in the area on an errand and got hungry. Used HappyCow and found Fozzie’s was close by. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Their menu is broad. The ambience of the restaurant was eclectic and clean. I chose to sit inside and eat while looking out the very clean windows. Staff was friendly and the food was piping hot! So hot I picked up a french fry and quickly had to put it down because it was hot but that’s a good thing! It was a joy to hear kitchen staff cutting items to make orders. “We visited the Art Museum last week and then had lunch at The Panorama resturant at the suggestion of a friendly person we met earlier at the Half and Half in Clayton. This person told us about how great the brussel sprouts were at the Panorama and so we had to try them and they were fabulous. All of us, including my mother, who is 88 years young, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We set next to the large wall of windows and the sun shone perfectly, lighting the room with a beautiful warmth. The server was excellent and the menu becons our return.“

We ordered three gluten‑free calzones- the Roasty Toasty, the Magic Carpet Ride, and the Meat Me in St. Louie, and every one of them was outstanding. The gluten‑free bread was chewy, flavorful, and genuinely delicious, which is rare to find with gluten‑free options, especially anything in the pizza family.

Each calzone had its own personality, packed with rich, well‑balanced flavors and plenty of filling. It made for a satisfying meal all around, and it’s clear they put real care into their gluten‑free offerings.
