“What an amazing lunch. Special shout out to Delores for being the best server in town. She was extremely friendly with a great attitude. She recommended the creamy mushroom ravioli and i am so happy I listened to her. It has a great sauce that I couldn't get enough of. The Fettuccine alfredo with broccoli was served hot and fresh. We didn't have much of a wait but even if we did it wouldn't have mattered. Olive Garden is lucky to have Delores working there. We can't wait for our next lunch.“

There was a door charge as well, was not use to a bar and grill charging to get in, but maybe it was an event we was not aware of, the question is will I be back? “We recently used McAlister’s catering for a luncheon at the Bridgeton Recreation Center, and overall, we were very happy with the experience.

I had to call the 800 number to place the order, but it was surprisingly easy to get through to someone and get everything set up. We were tax-exempt, and that process was also very simple. I just had to send an email with the information, they sent us an invoice, and then we called to make the payment. Easy peasy!

We requested delivery for 10:45 a.m. and they were about five minutes late, which was enough of a delay that I went ahead and called to check on the order. Thankfully, the driver arrived shortly afterward. The delivery itself was a little chaotic, though. The driver was in a personal vehicle, and when she opened the trunk, a few of the lunch bags fell onto the ground. We had several people arriving at the same time, so we all grabbed a bag and helped get everything inside.

I will say that the bags did smell a little bit like smoke, which wasn’t ideal, but thankfully the food itself was fine.

The lunches were delicious! We ordered club sandwiches with chips, a cookie, and of course, a pickle. I also really appreciated that the vegetarian and gluten-free meals were clearly marked, which made it very easy to get the right meals to the right people without having to open everything up and figure it out.

Aside from the slightly late delivery and the delivery mishap, everything went smoothly. The ordering and payment process was easy, the food was tasty, and the special dietary meals were clearly labeled.

We would definitely use McAlister’s catering again for another luncheon. Hopefully next time the delivery is a little less eventful!“

“We visited the Art Museum last week and then had lunch at The Panorama resturant at the suggestion of a friendly person we met earlier at the Half and Half in Clayton. This person told us about how great the brussel sprouts were at the Panorama and so we had to try them and they were fabulous. All of us, including my mother, who is 88 years young, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We set next to the large wall of windows and the sun shone perfectly, lighting the room with a beautiful warmth. The server was excellent and the menu becons our return.“

Later, after I bit into the sandwich for the first time, I knew it was a hit. Everything about it was perfect. I also ordered a salad. OMG... lettuce and meat everywhere throughout the salad. It was fresh and quite tasty. I was so satisfied after eating my lunch that I know I'll be visiting Sauce on the Side again and again.“

“Been ordering from pointers for years now. Whenever I've had to go in person, they've been super awesome and nice. Most of the time, I order delivery and they're always really fast and really nice. The pizzas are delicious and hit the spot. Props to them as well because they never forget the sodas with the delivery. And I vaguely remember them for getting once in the driver turned back around and got them after having delivered the pizza and brought the soda back. So they really do care about their customers.“

“I was in the area on an errand and got hungry. Used HappyCow and found Fozzie’s was close by. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Their menu is broad. The ambience of the restaurant was eclectic and clean. I chose to sit inside and eat while looking out the very clean windows. Staff was friendly and the food was piping hot! So hot I picked up a french fry and quickly had to put it down because it was hot but that’s a good thing! It was a joy to hear kitchen staff cutting items to make orders. “I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to say that The Energy Hub is an great juice bar with phenomenal energy. The service is their greatest aspect; the guy behind the counter was extremely nice, warm, and welcoming.

The smoothie was really good and felt like I was doing something good for my body. You can customize the smoothie however you want with no up charge for however many different fruits you want in it.

“All the waitstaff, even the hosts and dishwashers, do a great job under pressure, in odd weather conditions where they led us to evacuate, suggesting menu orders, and keeping the place clean, harmonious, and hospitable. The chefs could do a lot better in pricing the menu, adding seasoning and larger portions, as well as not removing the popular dishes from the menu. The interior design is also eerie because the huge butterfly graphics do not suit the vibe but again the service here is unmatched.“
