“I came in on a day where it was REALLY busy and a lot was going on. Luckily, I had time to sit and wait for my food. I had ordered ahead and Linda and Kat at the front were was trying to help me find my food. Then, Jacquelyn came over to speak with me and hesitantly told me it could be 15-20 minutes. Told her it was no problem and I had my NYT games to play. She offered me a free drink while I waited, apologized profusely, and checked in whenever they were working on my order. It was a hectic day but the customer service was doing a great job.“

“We stopped in yesterday for lunch at the recommendation of friends who live in the area. So glad we did—everything was delicious and customer service was top notch. The kids devoured a cheese pizza and my husband and I ordered a half Dr. Dre and half Tito Santana (seasonal). Both were amazing! We also split the peppercorn ranch salad—which, with its homemade dressing was also amazing. We’ll be back when we are in the area again!“

Ham and cheese on a Gonnella roll. I love a Gonnella roll because it reminds me of my childhood in Chicago. Ham was good but nothing special. The provolone melted nicely and the veggies were very fresh.“

My husband went up there the morning of the party, and they were able to make enough food for 30 people for pick up by that afternoon! “We visited the Art Museum last week and then had lunch at The Panorama resturant at the suggestion of a friendly person we met earlier at the Half and Half in Clayton. This person told us about how great the brussel sprouts were at the Panorama and so we had to try them and they were fabulous. All of us, including my mother, who is 88 years young, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We set next to the large wall of windows and the sun shone perfectly, lighting the room with a beautiful warmth. The server was excellent and the menu becons our return.“

Later, after I bit into the sandwich for the first time, I knew it was a hit. Everything about it was perfect. I also ordered a salad. OMG... lettuce and meat everywhere throughout the salad. It was fresh and quite tasty. I was so satisfied after eating my lunch that I know I'll be visiting Sauce on the Side again and again.“

“Been ordering from pointers for years now. Whenever I've had to go in person, they've been super awesome and nice. Most of the time, I order delivery and they're always really fast and really nice. The pizzas are delicious and hit the spot. Props to them as well because they never forget the sodas with the delivery. And I vaguely remember them for getting once in the driver turned back around and got them after having delivered the pizza and brought the soda back. So they really do care about their customers.“

“Big shout out to this Chik-Fil-A team. Everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. We had an issue where the app bugged out submitting our order and Donna was able to help us out (perhaps something for corporate to look into- it tries to track your location instead of just submitting your order and then it got mad because it had a competing screen where it was trying to get you to agree to something so instead of tracking our order it ate it). The order meant a surprising amount to my husband so he was greatly relieved when they were able to fulfill it despite challenges.
I also saw them helping people by retrieving high chairs for parents, the children’s play area was a great success with our 2yo and the entire place had a lovely, welcoming vibe.
