I initially got a “ I’m sorry” but after going back and forth and mentioning what I wanted, they remade my food and I had someone go back and get it with the sauce. “Came here randomly for my birthday and I'm am very satisfied. There was a worker there to greet us and get our order. It didn't take long to decide what to get and it was ready and fresh very quickly. Ordered a beef sandwich with bacon and peppers and it was delicious, they cooked the bacon fresh. The chicken bacon ranch mac'n cheese bowl and the garlic cheese bread are both delicious and pair great together. The building is very clean on the inside. We will definitely be returning here.“

“We had a very enjoyable lunch on 8/22/2025. It was quiet since it was during school hours, the food was great, the service was outstanding for us. We plan to return as often as we can, however, it is a long drive for us, so it may not be as frequently as we would like. “There are so few places that have salad bars anymore & Ruby Tuesday is doing it right. Great selection & well maintained. The service was excellent. Went for a quick lunch. The salad bar was fully stocked and overall delicious. The mushrooms did not look fresh and appeared to be from the previous night. My wife ordered a New York Strip and was thoroughly disappointed. The steak was not very tender and had very little seasoning or flavor. The service was pleasant as always, and we appreciated the attentiveness of the server.“

Parking: Parking is a small challenge as you have to cross the drive through line to walk to the restaurant. There are limited parking spaces near the entrance.“

“This was my 1st time going, it was much on the younger crowd side that night. There was a door charge as well, was not use to a bar and grill charging to get in, but maybe it was an event we was not aware of, the question is will I be back? I will attend again with my siblings and maybe try a drink and some food but I know the mid to younger crowds will definitely enjoy themselves here.“

“Not up to usual standards. Apparently due to lack of servers like many restaurants at this time. Over an hour to receive our salads. Our order was taken in the first 10 minutes, but was taken by another server about 45 minutes later. Food was acceptable, but not up to previous visits. I would continue to recommend this establishment. I would assume this was an exception. I did find it odd that the servers may no attempt to offer dessert or some other form of compensation. They both were clearly aware of the delay.“

“Everything about it was great, the steak club that I got was Great, the chicken tortilla soup was great, the hostesses were great, I was so hungry, it was so nice, they literally saved my bacon. I was up since 2 am without any real food. Hubbled into a place on my last legs, I thought I was gonna keel over at the counter, couldn’t believe I had the energy to make the order. It was so tasty and satisfying McAllister Deli rocks. I can go home and collapse into a coma finally.“

“I go to PB for soup.
Some time they fill full bowl, sometime almost half.
My friend had chicken soup but only 3 pics of 1/2inch cubes.
Manager always corrects it.
Suggest following :
1. Train and test your people regularly.
2. Use video at serving station for manager to see whenever...
3.for chicken, let us know how many cubes to expect in a large bowl or a cup.
PB is outstanding organization.They certainly don't want to shortcut on details.
Manag3nt has work cut out to address above problems.
