Wanted to try this place after the format change and was not dissapointed. Slightly more casual atmosphere and definately a more casual menu. The bar area has more of a country feel and looked comfortable. Food was good and timely. A couple of suggestions for the dining area would be to add some kind of background music and to re-think the heavy paper table covers.
My spouse and I were able to visit. This newly opened and revised establishment for their tasting menu. What a pleasant surprise! A casual, yet upscale, Western vibe greeted us. The front eating area has been repurposed as a luxury lounge/bar. The dining area is decked with fresh flowers, butcherblock paper, and livestock images. I was able to try out this restaurant after the new name and change of food. I was NOT disappointed! This is by far the best decision Hollywood Casino has made for their choice selection of restaurants! The food was amazing and the price of the food was very reasonable for the portion size. I was very delighted and definitely will be going back again! ?
