“Big shout out to this Chik-Fil-A team. Everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. We had an issue where the app bugged out submitting our order and Donna was able to help us out (perhaps something for corporate to look into- it tries to track your location instead of just submitting your order and then it got mad because it had a competing screen where it was trying to get you to agree to something so instead of tracking our order it ate it). The order meant a surprising amount to my husband so he was greatly relieved when they were able to fulfill it despite challenges.
I also saw them helping people by retrieving high chairs for parents, the children’s play area was a great success with our 2yo and the entire place had a lovely, welcoming vibe.
Just a great experience.

“Most efficient and well run fast food chain by a long shot. Pulled into the drive thru during peak lunch time.. both drive thru lanes wrapping around the building. Still took less than 10 minutes to order and get $30+ of food. Amazing. The entire staff extremely kind. (Why other restaurants don’t replicate the Chick-fil-A service model is beyond me.. Culver’s is getting close.) Thanks CFA!“

“I've ate at every Cane's in the St. Louis area at least once... this location had excellent customer service, perfectly cooked and not over salted fries, perfectly cooked bread, and a true Cane's Chicken chicken fingers that were cooked perfectly 👌. I will visit again!“

“The chicken was very tasty, the crust was perfect and the chicken was really moist and tender. The coleslaw was great, the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, but needed some salt and pepper IMO. Overall it’s one of the best chicken spots I’ve found around the city (not on the IL side) so far. Way better than the place that claims to be number one near Soulard.“

“I went to Lee's Chicken tonight because my 16 year old daughter wasn't feeling good. She was craving a chicken pot pie ?! Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one. Usually I wouldn't have waited, but like I said, my kiddo wasn't feel good and was craving a chicken pot pie and a biscuit. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I don't think I waited 7 minutes before they brought it out to me! And they have me a complimentary sprite to take home to my sick daughter! I was very impressed about how nice they were! The food was amazing and they were fast! I had a wonderful experience!“

“I never have a bad experience when I go to this location. In my opinion the employees here hands down give the best customer service. My most recent experience was with Destiney. She was very pleasant and patient. She checked all the boxes (welcomed me, repeated my order for accuracy, suggested additional items, and recommended a sauce she thought I would enjoy). This is almost unheard of nowadays. Thank you Destiney for your professionalism!“

“First time eating at this restaurant. Food has great taste. Only tried the mild. Was tasty but no heat. Will try medium or hot next time. Cauliflower is great. I’m not a fan of fried mozzarella but my girlfriend said it was great. Only drawback is that there is only chicken. No other meat options.“
