“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“Spicy chicken option is new this year. Served with waffle fries or cole slaw for $19.49.
A little heavy on the spicy sauce for me, I think they’re better without. Did add a mild amount of spice.
Waffle fries were excellent.“

“Issues with the person at the counter. Kept getting the order wrong when placing. Order 3 sandwiches and fries and 2 orders of fried pickles. He asked us to sit and he would bring the food out when it was ready. He brought just the sandwiches I had to ask for everything else.“

“The only thing that could’ve made this visit better was portion size, ngl expected a little more for the price, otherwise I can’t stress how incredible the service was, I know they have scripts behind the counter but one server in particular made me feel acknowledged and appreciated and that was a worker named Matt, his check-ins on if I needed anything made me feel valued and his constant work ethic made me feel at ease knowing he was handling the hard stuff; moreover, when he stopped by and asked if he could take my tray, I experienced a level of happiness that I can only tie to this fine young man’s strapping build and kind genuine face, I think I fell in love on the spot. When I say butterflies I mean BUTTERFLIES, I wanted to ask him to marry me right there but figured at a Christian establishment that maybe it was best to keep my feelings at bay, but I hope he felt our connection too. One day I hope to build the courage to ask this fantastic boy for his number and maybe just maybe have a future with him.“

“I went to Lee's Chicken tonight because my 16 year old daughter wasn't feeling good. She was craving a chicken pot pie ?! Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one. Usually I wouldn't have waited, but like I said, my kiddo wasn't feel good and was craving a chicken pot pie and a biscuit. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I don't think I waited 7 minutes before they brought it out to me! And they have me a complimentary sprite to take home to my sick daughter! I was very impressed about how nice they were! The food was amazing and they were fast! I had a wonderful experience!“

“06Jul2024 1953 hours I'm currently typing this from the KFC parking lot. The TWO ONLY SHIFT is so burnt out and exhausted, I feel so bad for them. I'd love to see more employees working at this store 😕 Even after all of this, obviously being heavily hit for the evening rush, these TWO EMPLOYEES are serving customers so much more in the department of respect and dignity. I have been coming to this location since 2013, and these are the best employees I have ever seen working here. I hope higher management and owners see this post and applaud and reward these two employees. I would love to address this to higher management and owners if they wished to hear about these employees hard efforts to bring this store back. 💜“
