“I ordered a strawberry shake and ice cream in a cup with cherries, but someone forgot the cherries. The shake tasted good, nice and thick. The ice cream was good. My friend's original chicken sandwich was dry. He thought it must have been sitting out pre made for a while. We ordered from Dan. We sat in my car in the parking lot and ate. It was raining. The tall black guy greeted us and got us a good place in line. The place was packed it was after school. Tons of middle school-aged kids.“

“I went to Lee's Chicken tonight because my 16 year old daughter wasn't feeling good. She was craving a chicken pot pie ?! Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one. Usually I wouldn't have waited, but like I said, my kiddo wasn't feel good and was craving a chicken pot pie and a biscuit. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I don't think I waited 7 minutes before they brought it out to me! And they have me a complimentary sprite to take home to my sick daughter! I was very impressed about how nice they were! The food was amazing and they were fast! I had a wonderful experience!“

“Popeyes is my favorite but I quit going because the service has been so bad. I had not been in this area in years so I thought I would give it a try. The service wasn't bad but they could care less that I was there and nobody smiles anymore. The chicken and fries were not fresh but still tasted good“

“Just went to Raising Cane's in Chesterfield, Mo and the food was hot and fresh, but the thing that impressed me was that the workers were caring people and that is a reflection of the manager. She was out on the floor greeting people and cleaning off tables instead of being back in an office and not helping out. I felt that this location is very well managed every time I visit.“
