Just went to Chuck's on South Kingshighway (old Courtesy Diner) near Tower Grove Park. So glad they are there. What great food and service. Had 3pc tenders (Level 3) and Chicken Sandwich (Level 2). Both were great; good flavor, crunchy breading, and juicy. I prefer my chicken on the spicier side, so I'd go with Level 3 from now on. Pickles added great flavor and crunch. They have other higher levels of heat, as well as a Zero Level for those that just want great fried chicken....read full review
This is LEGIT Nashville Hot Chicken, and the best I've had yet in the St. Louis area! The people were great, and the food was fresh and awesome! We tried 5 on the scale of 6. It's hot, but SO good. Highly recommend.
