There was a wait for the order I placed through the drive-thru. This was good with me because to me, it meant the order would be fresh. While waiting I thought of additional side items I wanted to order. The building was locked. I was a bit annoyed and mentioned this when my order was given to me. I used to love this location but tonight (7/28/23) I had to deal with an incompetent and very unprofessional "manager" who felt it was more important for him to open the door to the lobby to have food dropped off to him than to give me the items in my order that I didn't receive in the drive thru.
