we went with our 12 year old grandson for an after school snack. We did not hear our number called/so after a few minutes I went to the counter. A very nice young man said he was going to remake it because it had sat and gotten cold. He had called our # twice...I didn't get his name (he had green hair under his hat if that helps!)...I did not ask for a new burger/he did that on his own. Thank You....grandson loves Freddy's burgers and shakes!
ordered $15 worth of food & didnt get a single thing i ordered. the lady working caught an attitude with me & said if i can get there in 5 minutes i can get a redo on my order (mind u i have a toddler and live 15 mins away) and then she said she would mail me vouchers or a card or something to get a new meal with and NEVER DID !
don't tell you they are out of things after waiting 30 min then after getting the rest of my families food it was ice cold. not worth the time or the money
