My friend decided to that herself and her kids to a Friday night pizza to celebrate the weekend and tonight's Olympic Opening Ceremonies.
The pizza box was delivered to her door, and the driver received a nice tip. upon opening the pizza box, the contents were barely recognizable as having ever been a pizza.
Called the store manager, and the manager simply responded, "we don't fix delivery issues."

I want to give Papa Johns a HUGE Thank You for saving the night for me! I called and needed pizzas delivered to my daughters work after another pizza place (Marcos) were not helpful over the phone. Should of called here first! I wanted to surprise my daughter and staff with pizzas after her ‘not so good’ day then having to work late so Darrione at Papa Johns handled everything for me making me feel at ease by delivering 4 pizzas. Papa John's..... is it Ok with you that your delivery drivers park in handicap parking places and then are rude to people when asked to move their vehicles? Those parking place are there for people with very legitimate reasons. NOT for 5 min parking for businesses making a buck! ! ! Shame on you !
