“We attended a birthday party at Caroline’s and the employee working was the only person working because the other employee called in. He did a remarkable job maintaining the chaos and keeping up with orders! The place is adorable and their coffee is delicious. My kids also loved their ice cream!“

“Normally good coffee , I usually stop in on my way to visit my mom . Went thru today and got my usual , first drink I took was all coffee , none of the flavor I had asked for . I went ahead and drank it , got to the bottom of the cup and found all of the mocha there . Make sure your employees are properly trained in how to mix in the flavoring . Was my first disappointing drink there .“

“everytime I come in for coffee, it is perfectly made. I recommended the greenhouse to my parents for some plant shopping and they were lucky enough to get to interact with Tyra. Tyra went out of her way to ensure they got exactly what they were looking for and answered all of their questions with flawless knowledge. we will go out of our way to use the greenhouse for our coffee and plant needs in the future.“

“I bring my granddaughter here after school and occasionally we will come on a weekend. We know some of the managers and staff by name. They are always generous and if they have time visit with us briefly. My granddaughter has adopted some of them . Lovely place to go.

I went back to the store tonight after receiving unsweetened tea (yuck) instead of sweet tea (yum), and was greeted and helped by two wonderful employees. ( I guess if you don't use the screen out front it becomes A problem) at the front counter my feet still slick with oil started sticking to the floor. It was embarrassing finally walking out and my shoes making A sticking noise. And then made it back to the door and slipped on the oil again.“
